[뚜뚜게더 BIG 2 운영방식 변경안내]

뚜뚜게더 BIG 2에 대한 많은 관심과 참여 감사드립니다.

원활한 현장 운영과 대기 시간 발생 등 참여자의 불편을 최소화하기 위해

5월 24일부터 뚜뚜게더 BIG 2 탑승권(뚜뚜 바운스, 낙타봉 볼링)은 온라인 사전 예약자를 대상으로 배부합니다.

Notice of Changes to DDoo-DDoo-gether BIG 2 Operations

Thank you for your interest and participation in ‘DDoo-DDoo-gether’ BIG2.

To ensure smooth on-site operations and minimize inconvenience to participants, including waiting times, tickets for ‘DDoo-DDoo-gether BIG 2

(DDoo-DDoo Bounce and Nak-ta-bong Bowling)’ will be distributed only to those who online advance reservation starting May 24.

뚜뚜게더 BIG 2 사전예약

- 예약 URL 오픈  : 5월22일(금) ~6월12일(금), 매주 금요일 20:30 (오후 8시 30분)

                            각 이용일 2일 전 사전예약 링크 오픈

- 예약 가능 인원 : 1인 당 1매 신청 가능, 1일 500명 선착순 마감

예약이 확정된 일자 이외의 일정에는 탑승권 이용이 절대 불가합니다.

Advance Reservation for DDoo-DDoo-gether BIG 2

- Reservation URL Opens: Every Friday from May 22 to June 12 at 8:30 PM

  The advance reservation link will open two days prior to each date of use.

- Capacity: One ticket may be reserved per person, 500 participants per day, available on a first-come first-served basis

Please note that tickets are valid only for the date on which the reservation has been confirmed and may not be used on any other date.

사전 예약 탑승권 수령 안내

- 수령 장소 : 잠수교 남단 종합 안내소 (잠수교 남단 41번 교각 앞)

- 수령 시간 : 예약일자 당일 18시까지 수령 가능

- 수령 방법 : 사전 예약 확정 문자 확인 후 수령 (신청자 본인만 수령 가능, 문자 캡처 이미지 등 인정 불가)

How to Pick up Your Advance Reservation Ticket On-site

- Pickup Location : Festival Southern Information Booth (in front of Pillar No. 41 at the southern end of Jamsugyo Bridge)

- Pickup Time : By 6:00 PM on the day of the reserved date.

- Pickup Method : Verify your advance reservation confirmation text message.

* Only the person who made the reservation must pick up the ticket

* Screenshots or other captured images of the text message will not be accepted.

-탑승 장소 : 반포한강공원달빛광장 (동측)

-탑승 시간 : 뚜뚜 바운스 운영 시간 내 탑승

-탑승 대상 : 잠수교 남단 종합 안내소에서 배부한 BIG 2 탑승권 소지자

How to Ride DDoo-DDoo Bounce
- Boarding Location : Moonlight Plaza, Banpo Hangang Park (East Side)
- Boarding Time : During DDoo-DDoo Bounce operating hours
- Eligibility : Those who have a BIG2 ticket issued at the DDoo-DDoo Festival southern Information Booth at the end of Jamsugyo Bridge

낙타봉 볼링 이용 방법

-탑승 장소 : 잠수교 19~20번 교각 사이

-탑승 시간 : 낙타봉 볼링 운영 시간 내 이용

-탑승 대상 : 잠수교 남단 종합 안내소에서 배부한 BIG 2 탑승권 소지자

How to Enjoy Nak-ta-bong Bowling
- Location : Between Pillar 19 and 20 of Jamsugyo Bridge
- Hours : Available during Nak-ta-bong Bowling operating hours
- Eligibility : Those who have a BIG2 ticket issued at the DDoo-DDoo Festival southern Information Booth at the end of Jamsugyo Bridge

유의사항

Important Notes

- 1인 1매에 한하여 신청 가능합니다. (동일한 연락처로 중복신청이 확인될 경우 1건만 인정합니다.)

Only one application per person is allowed (If duplicate applications are found under the same contact number, only one application will be accepted.)

- 뚜뚜게더 BIG 2의 콘텐츠인 뚜뚜 바운스와 낙타봉 볼링은 예약일자의 각 콘텐츠 운영시간 내에 자유롭게 이용 가능합니다.

DDoo-DDoo Bounce and Nak-ta-bong Bowling, both included in DDoo-DDoo-gether BIG 2, may be freely enjoyed during each attraction’s operating hours on the reserved date.

- 탑승권 수령 방법 및 탑승 방법 등을 충분히 숙지하고 준수해주시기 바랍니다.

Please make sure to fully understand and follow the instructions for ticket pickup and riding procedures.

- 탑승권 수령시 소지하신 휴대폰과 확정문자를 대조합니다. (대리수령, 문자 캡처 이미지 등은 인정 불가)

When picking up your ticket, your mobile phone and reservation confirmation text message will be checked for verification.

* Screenshots or other captured images of the text message will not be accepted.

* Pickup by a third party is not permitted; Only the person who made the reservation must pick up the ticket.

- 예약이 확정된 경우라도 당일 탑승권을 수령하지 않은 경우에는 예약이 자동 취소됩니다.

Even if your reservation has been confirmed, it will be automatically canceled if you do not pick up your ticket within the designated pickup time on the reserved date.
